We have friends and then we have yaars. Confused?
Well, your friend may talk on the phone with you for hours but your yaar will pick the call at 3 a.m. to hear your sob story.
If you admit it’s true, we bet you have a 3 a.m. yaars just like me. And you know we must preserve this special species because they’re one in a million and I don’t know what I’d do without my 3 a.m. yaar!

Yes. They are the first to know about anything that happens in your life because some things just can’t wait. Be it at 3 p.m. or 3 a.m. they need to know right now!
2. Is it ever a bad time to call them?
If you’re having a meltdown, heartbreak, or even a bad day, you know your yaar will pick your call even if they are in the middle of a movie, or busy shopping online at midnight. Because is there ever a bad time to call them?
Nope. Nada. Never.
3. You can talk about any pressing issue
From horrible presentation nightmares to discussing what to wear on your first date, there is nothing that you can’t really talk about.
You know your yaar will always listen to you at the end of the line without hanging up!
4. Is there anything you can’t trust them with?
From gossip to secrets and even your insecurities, there is nothing you wouldn’t tell them. Because you know you can trust them with everything.
5. Are you ever alone with them around?
Your 3 a.m. yaar may be rolling their eyes for having to repeat the same advice for the 45th time but trust us they will pretty much drop everything else in a heartbeat to be there for you.
6. They always give the best advice
Hands down, these yaars know us very well that they know the right thing to say every time. Don’t you agree?

Do we even need to say it out loud? We love them and they love us and there’s nothing in the world that can change that.
