Mug Scrambled Eggs
Who would’ve thought making scrambled eggs would get easier than it already is! All you need to do is crack a couple of eggs in a mug, add milk, a little butter (if you want) and whisk well. Season it well with salt, pepper and pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir it occasionally to get that soft and fluffy scrambled texture. Voilà, that’s how you make an egg in less than two minutes!
Mug Mac and Cheese
How about a comfort meal when you get back from work after a long day? You can’t go wrong with gooey mac and cheese. Mix in equal portions of macaroni and water in a mug with a pinch of salt. Microwave for two to three minutes and stir. Then add milk, grated cheese and some salt and pepper and stir again. Give it a go in the microwave for another 30 seconds and get ready to devour this delicious meal.
Running late for work in the morning? Grab this one-minute mug meal that’s every bit delightful and filling. Add an egg, milk, butter, salt and pepper to a mug and whisk well. Then add the one slice of bread (shredded), grated cheese, tomatoes and herbs. Stir it gently and place the mug in the microwave for one minute. Your quiche should be ready when it looks slightly puffed. Garnish it with fresh herbs and gobble up this dish.

Mug Fried Rice
Don’t order fried rice the next time you crave for Chindian food. Just try this quick mug recipe instead. All you need to do is add one-part rice, one-and-a-half-part water, chopped vegetables, chopped boiled chicken, one tablespoon oil and some soy sauce and chilli sauce of your choice in a mug (you’ll need a big mug for this one). Microwave it for twenty minutes and you’re done!

Begin by melting one tablespoon of butter in a large mug. Add a spoonful of peanut butter and mix well. Then, add three tablespoons of flour, a big pinch of baking powder and a little pinch of salt, along with one tablespoon of sugar and half tablespoon of coco powder. Stir well until the ingredients are combined.
For your final ingredient, crack one egg into the mug and mix well again. Microwave the cake batter on high power for two minute. The top should be set by now. Allow it to cool for a few minutes and then dig in!
