Johnnie Walker 18 Y.O blended Scotch Whisky has notes of citrus, fragrant almonds, warm vanilla and a hint of tropical tangerines. The Royal tea is a luxurious combination of these notes, which marries the classic taste of Johnnie Walker 18 Y.O and Earl Grey tea with aromatic bittered honey.
60ml Johnnie Walker 18 Y.O
15ml Aromatic bittered honey (A premixed batch of honey and Angostura bitters)
Earl Grey Tea (Lightly brewed and chilled)
Roly Poly glass
2 Orange slices
Build all ingredients into a Roly Poly glass and garnish with the orange slices.

Singleton of Glendullan 12 Y.O is laced with vanilla and aromatic bitters while exaggerating Singleton of Glendullan's light, delicate, green apple spirit profile.
60ml Singleton of Glendullan 12 Y.O.
5ml Vanilla syrup
4 dashes Angostura bitters
Old Fashioned Glass
6 Green apple slices
Add all the ingredients to the old fashioned glass along with green apple slices, add ice and give it a good stir. Garnish with the remaining slices and serve.
Tanqueray & Tonic
Tanqueray No.10 Gin with a heart of fresh citrus, subtle hints of chamomile, and warm juniper notes built over Tonic water and local sweet lime and fresh basil.
60ml Tanqueray No. 10 Gin
2 Sweet lime wedges
Tonic as top up
2 Fresh basil sprigs
Lightly squeeze the sweet lime wedges, tap the Basil leaves between your palm and drop the wedges and the basil into the wine goblet, pour over Tanqueray No. 10, ice and top up with Tonic Water. Garnish with the basil sprigs.
Captain's Coffee & Cola
A Playful mix of Captain Morgan Dark Rum, Coffee and Cola with an enticing orange bite.
60ml Captain Morgan
15ml Homemade coffee syrup
Cola as top up
Orange wafer biscuit
To make the coffee syrup, add sugar and water in a pan, in a 1:1 ratio and dissolve over low heat. Add 100gms instant coffee powder to the same to make the syrup.
Build up all the ingredients over ice and garnish as per requirement.
