Aaj ‘Khus’ toh bahut hoge tum because we are introducing you to the latest trend of ‘Khus’ or better yet known as Vetiver in the cocktail world.
For all of you who haven’t heard of Vetiver, this magic root does wonders for your cocktail. Mix it with your drink and enjoy the earthy taste of Vetiver that will tingle your taste buds.
Vetiver means ‘a root that is dug’ which refreshes your drink and even our Brand Ambassador and Reserve Portfolio, Zachary Abbott agrees!

1. Vetiver Highball
Remember how we always excluded all the greens from our plates and we had to be convinced to have those? Well, not with Vetiver Highball, you won’t!
45ml Ketel One Vodka
30ml Vetiver water (50 grams of vetiver blended with 1 litre of mineral water)
20ml fresh lemon juice
40ml fresh pineapple juice
Topped with club soda and lemon wheel
Add all ingredients into a tall glass and stir, add ice.
Top it with club soda and stir again.
Garnish it with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
2. Have Vetiver you want, Mr Bond
If Mr Bond can do it, so can you, my friend. So can you.
45 ml Ketel One Vodka
15ml Vetiver infused vermouth
Dash of orange bitters
Garnish with a Vetiver blade
After all the ingredients have been stirred, strain it in a martini glass.
3. Vetiver will be, will be!
Don’t know what to have for your next drink? Well, Vetiver will be, will be!
50ml Ketel One Vodka
20ml Vetiver sugar syrup
20ml Fresh lime juice
Dash rhubarb bitters
Add all the ingredients in a shaker and shake.
Strain through a fine strainer into a cocktail glass.
Garnish it with a lemon wheel
4. Punch Vetiver
Ketel One Vodka + Vetiver water + a lot of swag = Vetiver punch at your fingertips.
50ml Ketel One Vodka
30ml Vetiver water
30ml fresh apple juice
30ml fresh litchi juice
30ml chilled green tea
30ml fresh lemon juice
Add Ketel One, Vetiver water, apple juice, litchi juice, green tea and lemon juice into a cocktail glass.
Garnish it with a lemon wheel and serve.
Well, I bet after having this, Hulk won’t be the only green thing that you like!
