Add a little bit of hue and a little bit of flavour to your gin cocktail.

Mixing new cocktails is all about experimenting, don’t you agree? And the most common ingredient used to experiment with is tea. This particular one is made with dried petals of the hibiscus flower, imparting a tart, cranberry-like flavour and colour.

Hibiscus not only adds a beautiful hue to the drink, but mixes well with the citrus flavors, and juniper notes from the gin. So, here’s a recipe for you which has almost all the ingredients from your backyard.
