Ingredients
Ginger ale
60ml Tanqueray gin
30ml lemon juice
2 x bar spoons of your favourite jam
2 x dash bitters
Lemon wedge to garnish
Method
Pour in some Tanqueray gin, lemon juice, jam and bitters into a shaker. Shake, then strain into a jam jar. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
