Ice
2 measures of Celebration Rum
1/2 measure blue Curacao syrup
1 measure of pineapple juice
1/2 measure coconut cream
A pineapple wedge to decorate

Method

Place a handful of ice in the cocktail shaker and pour in the liquid ingredients. Shake vigorously over ice and strain into a wine goblet. Dress with a small wedge of pineapple. Serve Blue Hawaiian Rum Cocktail chill.
